Is there a set up fee?

No, there is no set up fee. There are also no hidden charges of any kind.

Is there a contract length?

No, we don’t set a contract length when terms are agreed.

What pricing models do you offer?

We offer a variety of different payment models designed to suit the needs of all our customers. If you would like more information on this, please contact us.

What ad formats are available?

Ads are available in text, banner, video & native formats. They can also be supplemented with third party ads from other sources.

Is network & technical support available?

Yes. We provide technical support as well as platform support in the event there are any issues.

Do you offer self service facilities for advertisers and publishers?

Yes. We provide a sign up facility for advertisers and publishers to set up and manage accounts on their own.

I have custom requirements, can you help?

Yes! Mirago takes great pride in not being another off-the-shelf ad server. If you need something that’s not currently available, contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I migrate my existing platform to you?

You can. If you have a platform somewhere else that you’re interested in growing with a more comprehensive ad server, let us know. We’ll be on hand to help with all aspects of the migration process.

Can I restrict user access?

Yes. We offer a flexible permissions system that allows platform owners to restrict UI access on a per user basis or on a user type basis (eg. advertisers, publishers).

Will I have a dedicated project manager for my platform?

Yes. All platforms are created with the assistance of a dedicated solutions architect, who will ensure that your platform is correctly configured and optimised.

Is there an API?

Yes. Mirago offers a full API of the M3 platform.

Will you run the platform for me?

We can – Mirago offers an account management service. Our experts will create and manage all aspects of your platform, from configuration to advertiser and publisher management. Get in touch for more details of this service.

Does Mirago have it's own advertiser and publisher networks?

No. Mirago does not have its own advertiser or publisher networks.

Where are you based?

We are based in the UK but serve customers globally using our secure cloud based infrastructure.

What kinds of reports are available?

Our reporting suite is capable of producing almost any report you can think of. If you did need a report that our suite was unable to provide, contact us and we will look to add that functionality.

Standard report templates are also available for advertisers and publishers.

Do you allow third party backfill feeds?

Yes. We accept third party feeds and are compatible with many provider feeds too.
