Mirago's telecom platform is fully integrated with the Mirago media platform to support White Label Pay per Call services as an additional 'media type'. This service can therefore be offered on a bidding or tiered pricing basis in a fully integrated way with the media platform.
advertiser experience
The advertiser can establish a Pay Per Call campaign within the same advertising interface on the media platform. They can therefore use the the same account details, credit card information etc. and purely enter the details of their telecom listing as a separate campaign type. If the technology partner opts for a bidding model, the advertiser uses the same bidding tools as they do for any online campaign.
When the details of the campaign are entered, the system automatically allocates an 08xx number which is displayed within the listing.
user experience
When the listing is rendered and the user decides to call the number, they dial as normal and are seamlessly directed to the telephone number the advertiser has nominated (often a call center or similar sales line). If the call exceeds a specified minimum call duration, the advertiser is then charged for delivery of that call.
interesting features
As telecom adverts are rendered via the Mirago media platform, advertisers can use the day parting feature to stop the listing being rendered outside office hours, if for example their office is unattended.
Additionally the advertiser can also specify different destination numbers dependent upon time of day, day of week or even on the geographic location of the caller.
