Sales- Gather prospects list of target advertisers - by sector, size etc.
- Cold calling of prospects

- Set up new DIY and Fast Start accounts
- Provide technical support on advertiser interface, forgotten passwords etc.
- Upload batch files
- Respond to financial queries such as budget increases, monthly credit account increases, account statements etc.
- Full credit control operation including processing credit card payments, responding to failed credit cards etc.
- Account optimisation including keyword suggestions, consultancy and advice, keyword matching, improving creative etc.
Editorial- Review all new accounts, campaign, keywords and logos
- Protect intellectual property rights
- Perform advertiser account amendments
Traffic analysis- Full traffic analysis including investigation traffic issues, irregular spend queries etc.
- Liase with relevant teams to determine refunds where applicable, issue credit notes etc.
